On The Horizon … UFMC Version 2.7

On The Horizon … UFMC Version 2.7

Jul 14, 2012

There’s some interesting news about Javier Cortes UFMC (Universal Flight Management Computer).

Very soon, and ASN will keep on monitoring it for you, version 2.7 of the UFMC for X-plane 9 and 10 will be released. This new version works better in XP10, T/D computation are much improved, datarefs for hardware FMC are added and Roll Out Mode works better now.

An important note for current registered users; this will be a free update for all registered customers. If you buy the UFMC or x737FMC NOW, will get a free V 2.7 Update. For those who are new to the UFMC, let’s highlight some of this add-on software.

The Universal FMC works virtually with any airliner: Heavy metals, corporate and regional jets as well as turboprops. It is not designed for light aircrafts or airplanes with short ranges. Ready to take your flight sim experience to a new level?

All you need to do is select the appropriate configuration file for the aircraft you are flying, and copy this file into the respective aircraft folder. UFMC provides you with accurate premade configuration files accompanied with do-it-yourself explanations.

All the rest of parameters, data and computations are done by the UFMC without Framerate dropping. UFMC uses the X-Plane autopilot, whilst fully including real-life FMC operations and taking into account important parameters including the COST INDEX and the speed/altitude RESTRICTIONS.

I recently Purchased the 737 FMC From Javier Cortes.I then installed it into XP-plane 10 Global for Mac , which I had purchased from the developers. The instructions for Javiers FMC spoke about installing this item, then to forward him some code that he would issue a license for .When I installed the FMC ,it did not create a license,or code…..One would think that when a person purchases an item through PayPal, that would be sufficient evidence that the item has been paid for.I have tried to search for his personal website, but it seems he only deals through a third party, namely eadt.eu.
