While the release of X-Plane 10 seems to have initiated a lot of new scenery projects the aircraft are still a bit behind.
Think that is because it takes so much longer to develop them. But now you can fly a superb Challenger 300 that not only looks great, it also has pretty advanced systems and a great interface to handle all the features.
